◆ In case of cancellation due to force majeure
Force majeure refers to the following cases:
(a) Inability to obtain a visa to Japan
(b) Serious illness
(c) Flight delays or cancellations that make participation in the event completely impossible
The following terms and conditions apply to these situations:
(1) Full refund support
(1.1) If you request cancellation 30 days before the event starts, a full refund will be given only if the participant can provide proof of circumstances (visa refusal letter, medical certificate, flight cancellation confirmation, etc.).
(2) Free exchange support for tickets to participate in the next event
(2.1) If you request cancellation more than 30 days before the event starts, we will exchange it free of charge for the next and subsequent event tickets equivalent to 100% of the amount you paid. This support is valid for 12 months from the date of issue after the cancellation request is received.
◆ In case of cancellation due to other reasons
If you wish to cancel for reasons not falling under force majeure, the following conditions apply:
(a) Apply at least 30 days before the event starts | 75% of the total payment amount will be refunded
(b) Apply 15 to 30 days before the event starts | 50% of the total payment amount will be refunded
(c) Applications made more than 15 days before the start of the event | Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, except for reasons of cancellation due to force majeure. However, if you apply at least 7 days before the event starts, you can change the names of participants and transfer tickets to others.
◆ How to get a refund
If you wish to cancel, please contact [summit@teamz.co.jp] with your full name, purchase details, and reason for cancellation. In case of force majeure, attach the appropriate documents. The management team will contact you directly for confirmation.
◆ Ticket changes and transfers
If you wish to transfer your purchased ticket to someone else instead of canceling it, your name will be changed free of charge if you apply at least 7 days before the event starts. To contact us, please contact [summit@teamz.co.jp] with your full name and purchase details.
[Notice regarding the Web3 for All initiative]
With the aim of disseminating Web3 knowledge and promoting inclusiveness, free access is provided unilaterally and without compensation to individuals who have not previously been involved in the Web3 domain under the “Web3 for All” initiative. These accesses are intended to expand the participation base of interested audiences. The free access received is not a replacement for access previously purchased by the beneficiary or is eligible for a refund. Its charitable nature and gratuitous nature are reaffirmed. Accordingly, free access beneficiaries waive their right to claim compensation or refunds relating to pre-purchased access upon receipt of free access. The Organization reserves the full right to change, interrupt, or terminate the provision of free access and is under no obligation to give prior notice of such changes. This provision confirms that the beneficiary of free access has understood and accepted the foregoing terms and determines the inapplicability of refunds or compensation relating to pre-purchases.
