Emi Yoshikawa Former VP of Strategic Initiatives, Ripple Adjunct Professor, Kyoto University Emi Yoshikawa is a passionate advocate for blockchain and fintech innovation, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, she served as VP of Strategic Initiatives at Ripple, where she led strategy, business operations, and joint venture partnership, contributing to the company’s global growth over eight years. As an Adjunct Professor at Kyoto University, Emi lectures on blockchain and fosters collaboration between academia and industry through the Blockchain Research Center. In 2021, she was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times. Emi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a CFA charter.
