The Japan Crypto Asset Dealers Association is a self-regulatory organization for the crypto asset exchange business and the crypto asset-related derivative transaction business, and also serves as an “Authorized Fund Settlement Operators Association” based on the Funds Settlement Act and an “Authorized Financial Instruments Dealers Association” based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
