Benjamin Tsai is the co-founder and president of Wave Digital Assets, a digital asset management company registered with the SEC (US Securities and Exchange Commission). He oversees product development and transactions at the company. He speaks three languages, is a native speaker of virtual currency, and is also a veteran in the traditional financial field. Ben has over 15 years of senior leadership experience at Merrill Lynch Commodities in Singapore and served as the company's CEO. Also, at Alliance Bernstein, he oversaw profitable distribution teams in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, and Taipei, leading the business strategy. Ben has invested in and mentored early stage startups in Southern California. He holds numerous securities licenses and earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. I'm currently teaching cryptocurrency finance at the same university.
