Jack Briggs leads the marketing and communications team at Intersect, which drives Cardano's governance and development through a member-based organization. Previously, he led teams in the product marketing and Cardano governance era at IOG, one of Cardano's pioneer companies. Jack has led large-scale marketing campaigns for multinationals such as Vodafone, Three Mobile, and Thomson Reuters for over 10 years. Passionate about blockchain technology and its transformative potential, Jack went through Bitcoin in 2012 and Ethereum in 2017, then became an ada holder and a member of the Cardano community. Outside of technology, Jack was elected chairman of a large community union representing over 150 households, and in 2018, he ran for the UK election as a candidate for the National Party.
